Job Summary: Plans, directs, and coordinates the strategy for the sale of power and data distribution systems and accessories products to large complex strategic accounts. Consults regularly with accounts at an executive level and builds relationships.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Job Requirements:


·Develops and manages sales strategies to meet or exceed sales and orders goals


·Determines and executes priorities and growth opportunities


·Travels regularly up to 50% to develop and maintain relationships with customers in order to align on sales strategy and build relationships


·Coaches and mentors cross-functional team to achieve sales objectives


·Gathers knowledge about competitive environment, market shifts, new product development, market trends, and differentiators that may impact value or performance


·Helps position Byrne as the industry expert to our customers
