Responsibilities
- Establish a proven and sustainable pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solution suite (more in the AI and MaaS space) and expand BytePlus business across Brazil and the LATAM region.
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base (driving new logo adoption) in Brazil, able to sell consultatively to enterprise and high-value SME clients.
- Execute Go-to-Market Strategy and drive revenue growth through effective sales closure activities, focusing on key sectors like e-commerce, retail, media, and financial services.
- Actively lead and monitor demand generation activities and own the end-to-end sales process and customer journey with a good understanding of BytePlus's products and solutions, particularly AI-driven business applications.
