Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Cable Manufacturing Industry
- Hands‑on experience in LV, MV & HV conductor manufacturing
- Mandatory experience operating Rigid Stranding Machines (61‑wire configuration)
- Experience in Central Stranding will be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of conductor manufacturing processes, machine setup, and quality standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and set machine parameters accurately
