- Sights incoming stock, materials, fuel, gas and verifies quantity and item against purchase orders
- On confirmation that item matchs purchase order, receives physical item into the plant and signs off on delivery dockets
- Escalates any variance to items to Team Lead for further action
- Delivers delivery dockets to the Receiving Clerks for system verification and receipting on Oracle
- As assigned, operates the stores service counter for issuance of items to operators and departments as required per shift
- Per listing provided by procurement leaders, pulls stock and raw materials as required and delivers to the required area and/or internal customers
- Consistently uses scan gun provided to move and/or receive any material within the warehouse i.e., stock and/or raw materials to ensure accuracy of records
