Storekeeper (Dispatch, Shipping and Stores)

Responsibilities

• Unload HW trolleys and skids from delivery truck and load empty return trolleys.
• Integration of bulk kits to trolleys and delivery of HW to production line.
• Completion of goods received transaction in SAP (op 030).
• Maintain records of incoming and outgoing trollies.
• Receiving, storage and inventory management of spacers.

Receiving Functions

• Performance of all tasks involved in the shipping and receiving of material, preparation of material for shipping, records retention, and loading and unloading of trucks.
• Performance of all tasks involved in the receipt and distribution of Non-product and Development hardware (new and used), inventory counts and management, records retention.
• Checking part numbers and quantity of all material received against packing slip & purchase order.
