Job Requirement
To receive and control goods and delivers; and store and issue goods as required in accordance with BSS and company policy.
Main Responsibilities
- To agree stock levels with appropriate Head of Department and to order items in accordance with that level.
- To help to maintain BSS system, keeping suppliers, products, categories and prices up to date.
- To ensure all store are issued in accordance with the BSS requisitions.
- To ensure that all BSS requisitions are correctly prepared and marked with the department which the goods are for - that they are dated and signed for by an authorized person.
- To ensure that all the invoices are married up with BSS purchase orders and that quantity and pricing is checked for accuracy.
