Flexsource are delighted to recruit Storehouse Assistants within the Visitor Experience department on behalf of the Guinness Storehouse.
The ideal candidate will have a confident, creative mindset with excellent people skills, high professional standards and customer facing experience.
Guinness Storehouse is a 7 day operation with varying hours from 8am until 11pm.
Responsibilities –
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the visitor experience
• Ensure all customer needs are met, and they receive prompt and excellent service
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and strive for customer satisfaction
• Delivery of Key Interact and Engage activities
• Confidently present interactive experiences such as tasting and pouring Guinness
• Ensure all cash and credit transactions are carried out accurately
• Ability to engage crowds and tutor them in interactive showcase...
