Role Description

The Store Team Leader (Store Manager) is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory checks, and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation. The Store Team Leader guides and supports team members on each shift, assigns tasks, and ensures that company standards and food safety procedures are followed. This position monitors sales performance, manages schedules, and coordinates training to maintain a high-performing team. The Store Team Leader also addresses guest concerns in real time, promotes a welcoming atmosphere, and works closely with management to execute store promotions and meet business targets.
