Who you are

• You have a strong passion for sustainability and are highly motivated to strengthen the IKEA brand in the area of People & Planet.
• Ideally, you already have experience in sustainability or have contributed to related projects.
• You are able to identify the connection between ecological sustainability and the commercial agenda.
• You are results‑and solution‑oriented, always bringing in new ideas and thinking outside the box.
• You are highly organized and work proactively, independently, and as part of a team, reporting directly to the Store Manager.
• Competence to present a complex topic in an understandable way to diverse audience (from management to the many co-workers; internal and external).
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.
