Store Operations Lead — UAE (Lean Six Sigma)

Amazon Dubai is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to design and run new store operations across MENA for Amazon Now. You will manage end-to-end operations for large or multiple sites, drive cost targets, safety and morale, and push performance with training plans.

The role requires 13 years in process and people leadership, a Bachelor’s or higher, flexibility, UAE travel, and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma. Strong execution and problem-solving are essential.
