Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service in assigned departments.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, including training and communicating policies and procedures to department associates.
• Resolve SKU, pricing, and other operational issues; print signs and labels; operate RF units.
• Complete ordering and replenishment of merchandise.
• Supervise a team within the assigned departments while fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ensure execution of the GT System (policies, procedures, standards) by all associates.
