Store Manager (Ottawa)

Please note, you must have a 6 day open availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Must be able to travel to multiple locations.

Position Description

Reporting to the Regional Manager and above, the Store Manager is responsible for supervising and overseeing the sales performance of the store and ensuring the proper shift assignment for staff that work at the store. They are also responsible for fostering an inclusive, passionate, energetic, and welcoming retail environment and help co‑workers to constantly grow and improve.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent and uninterrupted communication with the Regional Manager and ensure that the company's regulatory and operational policies and guidelines of the store are followed.
• Propose and establish an achievable sales goal for the store, and to encourage, inspire and propel the co‑workers to work collectively to accomplish it.
