Reporting to the Regional Manager and above, the Store Manager is responsible for supervising and overseeing the sales performance of the store and ensuring the proper shift assignment for staff that work at the store. They are also responsible for fostering an inclusive, passionate, energetic, and welcoming retail environment and help co‑workers to constantly grow and improve. Duties and Responsibilities
