Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years retail experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Experience in stock control and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Experience using retail point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid driver's licence would be advantageous.
