Role Overview

We're looking for an Infrastructure Storage Engineer & Technical Account Manager. We are seeking a customer-facing infrastructure professional to provide end-to-end operational support, technical guidance, and service coordination. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands‑on technical expertise with excellent stakeholder management to ensure high availability, proactive risk mitigation, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customer operational issues, escalations, and service reviews.
• Manage and support infrastructure including Storage, Compute, SAN, and Backup platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure health, performance, capacity, and lifecycle, providing proactive recommendations and risk mitigation.
