Storage Administrator – L2 24x7 with Rotational Shifts

Responsibilities

• 4-7 years of relevant experience on storage technologies such as HP 3PAR, Infinidat, NetApp, Brocade Switches
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Certification in HP 3PAR technology
• Willing to work in a 24x7 environment with rotational shifts
• Ready to work on‑call as required
• Identify automation areas and possess scripting knowledge
• Actively participate in service improvement plans
• Monitor overall process functioning and identify improvement areas
• Basic knowledge of Solaris, Linux, VMware

Required Technical Skills

• Excellent hands‑on experience on HP 3PAR, Infinidat, StoreOnce, Brocade DCX switches administration, and management tools – BNA, OCI, Infinimetrics
