Stock controller (food & beverage)

Our Client in Stellenbosch is looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk with Food and Beverage experience to join their team.

Position Title: Stock Controller / Food and Beverage (F&B) Controller

Reports To: Accountant / Finance Manager

Purpose of the Role

Control the stock movement of F&B outlets.

Provide analysis of F&B outlet/stores consumption, efficiencies, and wastage.

Update and maintain ordering and receipting of stock items into the Jonas system.

Ensure cash-up procedures and controls are adhered to; responsible for the daily reconciliation of cash-ups and day end run to transfer revenues from POS to the general ledger.

F&B Cost Controller Duties and Responsibilities Able to effectively control the food & beverage stock procurement cycle.
