Full‑Time Stock Keeper – Moncler Group Store, La Roca Village
Responsibilities
- Deliver all warehouse operations, in line with the highest standards of efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that products are always and timely available for our clients.
- Organize and maintain stockroom efficiently, monitor product rotations, new arrivals and changes, enabling sales team to have all the information to perform an effective level of service to our clients.
- Deal with product replenishment and stock activities, managing stock cyclic counts, inventories and stockroom maintenance.
- Ensure counts are regularly conducted and that any discrepancies are reported to your line manager.
- Be charge of customers’ repair requests, deal with customer complaints and ensure that the corporate after‑sales procedures are accurately adhered to.
- Support all colleagues in charge of administrative activities.
