Versatile Worker – Deupree Cottages
We are seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to work as a versatile worker providing caregiving and homemaking services to meet the personal, physical, environmental, psycho‑social, and spiritual needs of residents in a small person‑centered cottage environment.
Responsibilities
- Attend to all resident personal care needs, including grooming, hygiene, dining and nutrition, mobility, toileting, psychosocial, and safety needs. Organize and provide necessary supplies.
- Observe residents needing specialized attention, monitor skin, provide prevention of skin breakdown, and report changes to the household nurse promptly.
- Respond to residents’ requests (call lights, silent alarms) in a timely manner.
- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate activity/recreation programs for the household.
