Responsibilities
- Supervise the washing, sanitizing, and proper storage of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, counters, and workstations throughout the shift.
- Ensure safe handling of chemicals and cleaning agents in accordance with safety standards.
- Monitor the operation of dishwashing machines and related equipment.
- Coordinate with chefs to provide clean tools, equipment, and supplies during service.
