Responsibilities
- Strive to uphold all hygiene and sanitation regulations, ensuring that all equipment in the kitchens and dishwashing areas is clean and in good working order.
- Help create cleaning schedules for the team and be the main point of contact.
- Ensure all stewarding team members arrive for their scheduled shift punctually and in clean uniforms.
- Managing the stewarding team and maintaining cleanliness, reporting any deficiencies.
- Ensuring that the right cleaning tools and chemicals are used in the kitchen facility at all times.
- Lead and supervise the stewarding team in all aspects and ensure standards are followed.
- Conduct training and assist with diagrams, log sheets, and documentation.
