Responsibilities
Washing and disinfecting dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and machinery according to the restaurant’s standards.
Keeping dishwashing, kitchen, and storage areas clean, organized, and fully operational.
Ensuring the proper use of cleaning products and compliance with hygiene and food‑safety regulations.
Removing waste and properly managing garbage according to established procedures.
Supporting the kitchen team with basic tasks when needed.
Replenishing utensils and tableware at their respective stations to facilitate service.
Collaborating with the team to ensure an efficient and smooth workflow.
Identifying and reporting any issues with equipment or materials.
Maintaining a positive, professional, and team‑oriented attitude throughout the shift.
