About Our Opportunity
We are in search of a positive and dependable Steward, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine and manual cleaning methods, while ensuring the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility.
Primary Accountabilities
- Consistently providing the highest quality of service to our customers and staff alike.
- Following all kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
- Maintaining sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
- Breaking down trays, setting up dish machine, washing dishware, and sorting/storing all clean china, glass and silver using proper procedures.
- Emptying trashcans, washing them inside and out.
- Being aware of soap consumptions and costs.
