STEMCELL Equipment Technician - Technical Support Role

STEMCELL Technologies is hiring an Equipment Technician, essential for troubleshooting and maintaining electrical and mechanical laboratory equipment. Support quality operations within a regulated industry.
In this role, you will focus on routine maintenance, equipment calibration, and diagnosing electrical malfunctions. Working alongside the Facilities team, you will respond to alarms and collaborate on repairs as part of the 24/7 emergency program. Your expertise will ensure quality compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete service requests in a timely manner
• Maintain documentation following Good Documentation Practices
• Work with Facilities team on complex tasks
• Address and escalate equipment alarms efficiently
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma
• 1-2 years of troubleshooting experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google applications
• Familiarity with ISO and GMP guidelines a plus
