Statutory Reporting & Compliance Accountant

Job Description

• Take ownership of the General Ledger and Trial Balance accuracy
• Prepare monthly reporting packs and support month-end close
• Compile Annual Financial Statements in line with IFRS
• Manage external audits and ensure audit readiness
• Oversee tax and VAT compliance, including submissions and audits
• Maintain fixed asset registers and capital expenditure tracking
• Support international reporting and compliance across foreign entities
• Ensure strong governance, controls, and regulatory compliance

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in financial accounting or statutory reporting
• Strong IFRS, tax, and VAT knowledge
• Proven experience with audits, financial statements, and compliance
• Advanced Excel and strong ERP system experience
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
