Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations between fixed asset registers and the General Ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Assist with annual fixed asset verification processes and physical asset counts
• Track and monitor capital expenditure, ensuring alignment with approved budgets
• Compile and prepare Annual Financial Statements (AFS) in full compliance with IFRS standards
• Oversee and coordinate the external audit process, including managing timelines, deliverables, and supporting schedules
• Address and resolve audit queries promptly, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Maintain continuous audit readiness by ensuring financial records and processes meet required standards throughout the year
• Prepare and review corporate income tax calculations and ensure accurate, timely submissions
