Statistical Forecast Analyst (Xico)

Responsibilities
Partner with Demand Planning BU Leads to ensure that the statistical forecasting solution effectively address the needs for the BU and further provides business insights & learnings.
Conducts post performance forecast analytics to determine root cause of performance gaps and generate hypotheses to implement the optimal corrective actions.
Conduct causal factor analytics to determine the most optimal factors that should be incorporated into the forecasting solution.
Support hypothesis development and test execution to continuously refine the statistical forecasting engine.
This may result in SAS HPF parameter tuning and/or code development.
Assists in developing reporting capability to provide proactive alert notification for demand planning end users as well as insights for other stakeholders.
