Station PEX Manager, MEU Process Excellence

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment? Amazon's Process Excellence (PEX) team is looking for a Station PEX Manager to lead process improvement initiatives at one of our Delivery Stations. In this role, you will identify inefficiencies, design and implement scalable solutions, and coach station teams to sustain high performance. You will work at the intersection of data, operations, and people — turning complex problems into measurable results that improve delivery speed, quality, and cost.

Key job responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies to reduce defects and improve station performance
Partner with station leadership to identify root causes of operational gaps and implement sustainable countermeasures
Develop and maintain performance dashboards, standard work documentation, and process controls
