Overview
Reporting to the Stations Director within the Co-Development Phase of the ALTO program, the Station Design Manager will lead and coordinate the multidisciplinary design of HSR stations and associated facilities across all project stages. The Station Design Manager is responsible for ensuring that station designs meet project objectives, operational requirements, passenger experience standards, regulatory frameworks, constructability constraints, and lifecycle performance targets. This role entails technical leadership across architecture, structural, MEP, utilities, fire/life safety, vertical transportation, civil interfaces, and rail systems integration. The Station Design Manager will act as the accountable design lead for station packages in front of project boards, stakeholders, authorities, and the client.
