Your main responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with contract requirements across a portfolio of lift equipmentPerform routine servicing, including minor repairs and component replacements Respond to breakdowns, troubleshooting and rectifying faults efficiently to minimise downtime Conduct operational checks, including: Speed, Motor start/stop performance, Noise and temperature levels and Power supply integrity Complete fault finding and diagnostic procedures using technical manuals and appropriate test equipment Carry out routine inspections and adjustments on lift installationsReinstate equipment safely and complete all service documentation accurately and promptly What you bring
Experience in Lift Servicing/ Maintenance/ Repairs preferred
