State Support & Marketing Officer
We’re seeking a highly organised and commercially minded State Support & Marketing Officer to provide marketing, administration and business support to the State Sales team and Total Tools & Hardware Group customer base.
This role plays a key part in delivering local area marketing initiatives, supporting store launches, strengthening digital engagement and training stores to maximise business systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute local area marketing (LAM) initiatives and 12-month store marketing plans
Coordinate store launches, loyalty programs and multi-channel campaigns (social, EDMs, flyers, press, radio)
Support business events including regional meetings, member training, Expo and NAC
Conduct store visits with BDMs to deliver training and build relationships
