About the RoleWe’re hiring a hands-on Start-Up Head of Operations (DTC brand) to act as the CEO’s right hand. You’ll own Panda Drum’s global operations, supply chain, and fulfillment — driving efficiency, systemization, and growth.
You’re not a fit if you’re a corporate “process admin.” We’re looking for a builder-operator — someone who thrives in chaos, creates order, and scales fast-moving systems from the ground up.
