Starling Community Housing Stability Worker

Support individuals in achieving housing stability with Starling Community Services as a Housing Stability Worker. This full-time role is dedicated to case management and community support initiatives.
Starling Community Services is looking for two contract Housing Stability Workers starting on July 06, 2026, through to March 31, 2027. You will play a key role in addressing homelessness, providing tailored services, and connecting individuals with necessary support. A focus on equity and belonging will guide your work while collaborating with community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist participants with individualized case management
• Work collaboratively with community partners to tackle homelessness
• Apply trauma-informed techniques in client interactions
• Support relationship-building between clients and landlords
