As an Accounts Receivable Representative at Stantec, you will play a critical role in the collections process. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct collections according to established policies
• Prepare and manage overdue account notices
• Resolve client inquiries using a customer-focused approach
• Work with Financial Managers on collection strategies
• Assist with audit confirmations for client invoicing
Requirements:
• High School Diploma plus 2-3 years in relevant roles
