Known for their collaborative, people-first culture and commitment to protecting communities, they are currently seeking an autonomous and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join their close-knit People & Culture team on a part-time basis.

Your initial focus will be playing a critical role in embedding and optimising their newly implemented internal system.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly payroll processing for approximately 150 FTE, including out-of-cycle runs, leave accruals, and terminations.

• Support and drive payroll-related system enhancements, process testing, and documentation following the transition to Employment Hero Payroll (KeyPay).
