This position will require some local traveling. Job Responsibilities: Perform general secretarial duties such as filing, scheduling appointments, and data entry.
Handle customer inquiries and take orders, understanding and identifying customer needs.
Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls.
Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons.
