Description

As a Staff Test Engineer, your main task is development of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions for highly integrated RF modules. This role is pivotal in ensuring the performance, reliability, and manufacturability of next‑generation RF products through robust test strategies and seamless deployment to global manufacturing partners. You are expected to collaborate with ATE and RF test equipment vendors to drive the roadmaps, development and integration of new test technologies.

Responsibilities

• Development of RFIC ATE test solutions for NPI and high volume manufacturing.
• Execute test strategies for improvements of yield, test coverage, quality, test platform conversions and test cost.
• Ensure successful and efficient transfer of test solutions to manufacturing sites and subcontractors.
• Act as the interface between internal engineering teams and external vendors.
