Staff Systems Engineer - Solar Trackers

We are seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to lead the architecture design, integration, and validation of advanced solar tracking technology. The engineer will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, structural, electrical, firmware and software engineering to deliver innovative solutions that maximize energy yield and system uptime. This position is based in Sorocaba and will report to the Manager of Systems Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the product management organization and other engineering organizations to understand customer needs and translate them into engineering requirements and practical design solutions.
• Perform system architecture design, including functional block diagrams and interface definition.
