Found Description

  • The Integrated Adult Mental Health Service in SE Sydney is looking for an enthusiastic full-time Consultant Psychiatrist interested in joining their friendly and professional group of psychiatrists.

  • You will be based in Kogarah, a vibrant and culturally diverse part of the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District.

  • You will be working between our 28-bed inpatient unit or 6-bed Psychiatric Emergency Centre and community teams providing assessment and treatment of adult patients and clinical leadership to inpatient and outpatient multidisciplinary teams.

    • The psychiatric services promote safe and evidence based practice and encourage further education through joining our peer group and attending weekly Journal clubs, General Hospital Grand Rounds, seminars and conferences. 


    You will also have the opportunity to be involved in research, service development or quality improvement projects.
