Staff Solutions Architect Location: Canada/Remote

Must Have

10+ years of software engineering experience

6+ years of hands‑on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript

Strong expertise in Microservices Architecture, Distributed Systems, and REST APIs

Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and database optimization

Cloud Architecture experience (AWS preferred)

Proven experience driving architecture and technical strategy

Experience improving scalability, performance, resiliency, and observability

CI/CD, automated testing, and code review experience

Strong communication and leadership skills

Preferred

Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Solutions Architect background

React.js and Tailwind CSS

SaaS B2B product experience

Platform integration and multi‑product ecosystem experience

Engineering mentorship and technical leadership
