Staff Software Engineer (Web Platform)

Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, with 3–5 years in a lead engineering role
• Substantial experience in building digital subscription products, advertising and privacy technologies, and high‑traffic websites
• Strong understanding of Javascript and the best practices around the web stack (ExpressJs, React, Redis, NextJs, Node.Js)
• Advanced CSS Knowledge: Grid, Flexbox, Media Queries, Container Queries, Transitions, etc
• Experience with AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI, etc.) for the purpose of improving productivity and building consumer facing products
• Knowledge of Software Engineering fundamentals including web development, service‑oriented architecture, cloud computing, test‑driven development and domain‑driven design
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent or equivalent work experience
