As a Senior Backend Developer on the Engine team, you build and evolve the Recipe runtime that powers Workato’s automation platform. You will work across Ruby and Go, improving execution of custom code and integrating data storage systems at scale. You contribute across the development lifecycle, review peers, and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams. You help optimize performance, reliability, and security while exploring new tech like Rust and WASM. This role offers impact on a mission-critical platform trusted by enterprise customers.
