Responsibilities
- Take ownership of core areas of the localization stack including LiDAR-inertial-GNSS state estimation, 3D mapping, or sensor calibration
- Contribute to the broader localization and mapping pipeline from sensor integration to deployment
- Design and build online validation to monitor localization integrity and cross-sensor consistency
- Develop tooling for diagnostics, health logging, and post-mission analysis
- Contribute to regression, validation, and release-gating for localization changes
- Deploy, test, and iterate using data from real autonomous operations
