Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap and requirements for the kiosk hardware platform
- Drive the design and manufacturing process through gated development stages (EVT, DVT, PVT)
- Manage relationships with third-party design firms and contract manufacturers
- Define firmware requirements, including diagnostics, telemetry, and OTA updateability
- Partner with operations to interpret field-failure data and drive design interventions
- Monitor hardware quality metrics and make data-driven investment decisions
- Travel to field sites, design firms, and manufacturing locations as required
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with physical or hardware products
- Proven track record of taking hardware from concept through mass production
- Experience managing external industrial design firms and contract manufacturers
