Responsibilities
- Own the frontend architecture and implementation of the core member‑facing product
- Partner with product and design to translate vision into polished, performant interfaces
- Set the standard for frontend code quality, component architecture, and design system usage
- Instrument the frontend for performance and reliability
- Use AI to accelerate prototyping, code review, and documentation
- Apply AI to enhance the member experience through personalization and intelligent UI
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with consumer‑facing mobile or web products
