• Lead all design for your domain, making strategic design and user‑experience decisions related to core features and driving future functionality.
• Increase the level of team maturity through mentoring, giving and soliciting feedback to continually raise our quality bar.
• Partner effectively with cross‑functional partners and stakeholders to understand customer needs, generate ideas, validate solutions and implement to the highest standard.
