- Craft intuitive and impactful product experiences across the Nova Credit platform
- Contribute to the company’s design strategy and direction
- Lead end-to-end design for significant product initiatives, delivering high-quality UX and UI solutions
- Establish or refine design processes to enhance collaboration among design, product, and engineering teams
- Contribute to design system evolution and define scalable patterns
- Influence product strategy and prioritization through design thinking
- Refresh the design vision for the Nova Credit platform
