Staff Process Excellence Engineer (Ciudad Juárez)

The holder of this position is responsible for the development and improvement of one or more operations or areas that impact performance measures of the company. The Business Excellence Engineer Staff must have a clear understanding of the plant’s strategies and must be capable of translating these strategies into measurable goals. The responsibilities will include establishing the base or current condition, communicating and leading improvement projects from establishing the strategic plant up to implementation, systematizing the improvement of performance measures and comparing the results with world‑class standards. For that, the title holder must become an expert in the use of JJPS tools, six sigma, lean manufacturing system, possess knowledge about product costs, and have experience in manufacturing and a vision of the business.
