The Opportunity

About the Role

Own platform subsystems and cross‑collaborate with many teams across the organization. Not a senior engineer with a bigger title. You architect and define strategy for AI‑first infrastructure, data foundations, and agent orchestration. You design patterns, influence across teams, and drive platform evolution, not just execute projects or write IaC.

Your work directly impacts 150+ developers and 50+ autonomous agents operating at scale, safety, and cost.

What You’ll Do

GenAI-First Infrastructure (Non-Negotiable) AI-DLC control plane: model versioning, prompt governance, cost attribution, evaluation frameworks

• MCP ecosystems: build secure, spec‑driven Model Context Protocol servers and governance
• Knowledge & context systems: context graphs, vector stores, RAG pipelines, memory systems
