Staff Physicist – X-Ray Instrumentation & R&D

Bruker in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Physicist to develop analytical instruments for X-ray technologies. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Physics and at least 3 years of industry R&D experience.

This role includes optimizing workflows, supporting product ramp-up, and collaborating with engineers. Strong communication skills in English and willingness for occasional travel to Europe are essential.
